Description:
This ramp is located along highway 60 heading out of Tampa West towards St.Petersburg/Clearwater. This boat ramp has good parking and is well maintained. It is lit at night and is accessible 24 hours a day. The channel that runs East and West right in front of the ramp is approximately 10-15 ft deep depending on the tide and is well marked.
Heading West from the ramp you will encounter Deeper water towards the Courtney Campbell Causeway and access to the lower portions of Tampa Bay via a marked Bridge Channel.
Heading East from the ramp takes you along 60 towards the housing around Rocky point. This channel is narrow and Marked on either side obey all channel markers at the end of this channel is access to The "Green Iguana" and "Bahama Breeze". Bahama Breeze offers a boat dock which you can tie off to and have a dinner or hang out with friends at the bar on most evenings.
